My first professional choice was not programming.
The beginning
The IT technical program began with an interest in hardware, networks, and support before programming entered the path.
My first professional choice was not programming.
When I started the IT technical program, I imagined I would move into Design after finishing it. I liked technology, but my interest was much more focused on hardware than on software development.
During the program, I deepened my knowledge of computer maintenance, networks, and servers. Since I already had the habit of building and fixing my own computer, that area caught my attention.
That was when my first professional opportunity appeared. One of my teachers invited me to work in his technical assistance business, repairing notebooks and computers while helping customers with installation and technical support. That experience taught me a lot about problem solving, customer service, and professional responsibility.

I believe the best systems are not built only with good technologies, but by professionals who can understand people, processes, and business goals.
